🔄 7 Days Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Product must be unused, in original condition
    • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
    • Order ID / proof of purchase is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (caused by customer)
  • Personal care / hygiene products
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days
  • Refund method:
    • Prepaid orders → Original payment method
    • COD orders → Bank transfer / UPI

🚚 Return Pickup

  • We provide return pickup in most locations
  • If pickup is not available:
    • Customer may need to self-ship the product

💰 Return Charges

  • FREE return if:
    • Wrong product received
    • Damaged / defective product
  • For other reasons (change of mind, etc.):
    • Return shipping fee may apply

📦 Damaged / Wrong Product

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Unboxing video / images
  • This helps us process your request faster

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchange
  • You can return the product and place a new order
